- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to first get an idea of what you're looking for. What food you love to eat, what your expectations are so that I can ensure I meet them and beyond. I really try to understand what sort of experience you're trying to get and what I can do to really match your wants and needs. I then put together a menu and price quote and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken several cooking classes, but other than that I'm just a self taught chef learning something new and fulfilling everyday!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I cook at home for my boyfriend and I. I also cook for family and friends on a regular basis!
