- What types of customers have you worked with?
General computer repair including: Virus removal, computer clean-ups and tune-ups, hardware and software installation, operating system re-installs and repairs, remote and on site services as well as networking and general consultation and training. We also offer custom built computers for the computer lover, as well as products and items everybody can benefit from in the computer world. We focus on Remote support and on site visits, and do not physically have a store location at the moment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Chose a provider who will treat you with respect and make sure you are in the loop when it comes to billing. Some companies just submit the bill with no explanation of services or job details. Also, chose a provider who stands behind their work and offers some type of guarantee on services completed for you, the customer. It shows quality work done right the first time!
