FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Good Light Electric LLC, we believe in honest, straightforward pricing. We always provide upfront costs before any work begins—no surprises, hidden fees, or last-minute add-ons. Our goal is to give you a clear understanding of the investment involved so you can make confident decisions. Quality work, fair pricing, and transparency are what we stand by.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Good Light Electric LLC, we pride ourselves on being a same-day service company. When a new customer reaches out, our first priority is getting to the job as quickly as possible—often the same day. Once on site, we take the time to walk you through your electrical system, answer any questions, and educate you on what’s going on. From there, we provide clear options and get to work resolving your electrical needs efficiently and safely. We’re here to make sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed four years of trade school and hold a Master Electrician License in the state of Colorado. I also have over 13 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field. In addition to that, I hold an Electrical Contractor License, a Pikes Peak Regional Building Contractor License, and an OSHA 10 certification. I’m also certified in CAD welding and continue to stay up to date with the latest codes and industry standards. At Good Light Electric LLC, we bring not only experience but a deep commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work.
