Jared's expertise was evident in every aspect of the project, and he took the time to ensure that everything was completed to the highest standard. Explaining things as he went and ways to fix things that didn't look quite right. He took his time and didn't rush the job. He explained how there is a skill to drywall repairs and a proper material as well as a mixture needed during each coat to make it look super seamless.
He states he's been doing this for twenty years. Training and refining his skills. Some of the techniques he described to me to get the right texture, or the right feather on the drywall meant that he didn't just watch a couple of YouTube videos, register an LLC with the state, and start going to people's houses masquerading as a professional (like I believe the other guys did). He knows what he is doing. He also is very humble about his limitations. He's not a "jack of all trades. Expert in none." He knows his paints and his drywall very well.
Very upfront. He might say, "Hey this area you might see with the right shadow if we don't do x. You have the option to do x, it will cost this much and take this amount of time."
He was easy to communicate with throughout the process. He listened to my concerns, provided valuable insights, and kept me informed every step of the way.
I am highly impressed as you cannot even tell there were holes there!
