Morgan is a motivated trainer, who works to meet the needs of his clients. He is on time, and always has a plan for the day. He incorporates a variety of workout methods to keep it interesting and challenging. Morgan listens to the client and adjusts training sessions to fit the specific requests. Morgan is extremely knowledgeable about the body and exercise physiology and is able to explain why he trains the way he does. He is also able to offer diet recommendations to enhance the wellness process. Morgan is on an exciting journey of his own as he learns new methods of training for himself and his clients. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I frequently attend conferences held by the NSCA. I audit university classes, and collaborate with the olympic strength and conditioning coaching staff. I also have multiple certifications, in order to broaden my horizon and have alternative perspective.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was a captain of a wrestling team in high school, and I wanted our team to win championships. I immediately started designing workout programs for the team, and we went 6 more years undefeated as I returned as a coach. Through my undergrad I loved the relationships between physics, biology, chemistry and our physiology. I strived to develop an integral system of programming based upon our bodies make up which improved our performance beyond what is conceivably possible. As inquiries for my training became more desired, I became more motivated to persue this career path.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?Despite the Numerous UFC fighters and Top USA wrestlers who have all worked together with me to achieve our goals and be the best in the world. It's an ongoing project which is my lifelong Passion. Usually fight camps last 6-8 weeks. I enjoy working with people who are also looking to have an element of fitness and healthier body in their life. I want to enable people to LOOK their best and DO their Best. Ive coached a client to lose 20# of body fat in three months. She was and is feeling better than ever after those results
