FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique and different to personal requests and styles. I am a veteran and know what living on a budget is like. So I’m willing to work with and discuss the project and try to make a budget that will work for all of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Written communication is best to start with. As much detail of the project as possible to assess a quote. If one can be determined with the written description of the project then we can move forward with a quote. An on site bid/quote will be needed to assess more complicated projects and we can move on as discussed from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing my own remodel projects for the past couple of years. I learned most of what I know by being the “understudy” to family members who have been in the construction and equipment industry for decades. I grew up always having to be the helper.
