FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly fee for all services. We do not mark-up our retail prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 6 phase process. 1. Consultation -- this step is where we get to know you as a client. Our initial meeting enables us to determine your needs, how you use the space, and your expectations concerning the interior design of your space. During this meeting, we will go over your budget, our fees and costs and your time frame for completion of the project. If we decide to move forward, we will have you sign a contract. 2. Information Gathering. This is the step were you are most active. We'll ask you to complete some questionnaires to understand what you like and don't like. You'll share photos or ideas you have found and we bounce some ideas off of you to start inspiration. 3. Collaboration. We'll start collaborative Pinterest board where you can start to pin spaces you like and we'll provide pins of inspirations and colors we think are good fits. This ensures we are on the same page. 4. Design Mood Collaboration. Once you say ‘Yes, this is exactly what we like", we move forward with exact products, accessories, materials, paint colors, etc and provide them to you as a design mood board so you get a feel of what all of the items will look like together. You'll have the opportunity to tell us what items you like and which ones you don't until we get it just right. 5. Design Presentation and Finalize Selections. In this step, we'll provide you with the 3D rendering of the space, a 2D floorplan, and the source list quote. If you would like to purchase any or all of the items on the source list, this is your chance as many of the items are well below retail (we do not mark-up our retail items) 6. Furniture & Material Purchase & Install. This is our final step in our process. This is where we purchase the materials you have selected. We can also provide you with a referral of any builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and installers. We will always be available for assistance with placement and any final touches to ensure the space is exactly what you envisioned.
