- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part I do. They are either a flat rate depending on service or they are hourly. I also do a nonprofit price list as I work with many non profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation. I want to make sure we are a good fit before committing to taking on your project. After meeting, if we are both on the same page I will reach out through email with further information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning events for 7 years now both big and small. I help local small businesses and organizations with their events and marketing needs.
