- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have different prices for different lengths and modalities. I also have a prebook incentive and package deals as well that I will discuss with you if you continue your treatments with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client comes in for their first massage with me I will have a quick form so I can have some basic medical background. I will then have a short consultation to get to know what you are expecting out of your session. I will explain my process and how I will address your issues. If at any point the massage is uncomfortable for you I will adjust pressure, temperature of table or anything else that needs to be addressed. I hope to give you the best possible treatment in the amount of time provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I have graduated from massage school I have taken a Hot Stone course and have been certified for 5 years. I have taken aromatherapy, pre-natal, Herbology, Reiki and even some body treatment courses. I have many more courses I am eager to take.
