- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is the opposite of complicated! Our pricing is all-inclusive, meaning no additional charges for labor, delivery, setup, equipment, service charge, or anything else. With many caterers, the final price for a full service function ends up being double the posted menu price. Please make sure you're comparing apples-to-apples.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were volunteering at the Marian House, and ran a few special events for them. People loved our food and our service, and asked if we catered off-site. We joke sometimes that we started a catering company by accident, but really, it's true!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
From heavy hors d'ouevres receptions for 350 to 5 course plated weddings for 140, an 18 course dinner, paired beer, wine, and cocktail dinners, anniversary dinners for 2, backyard bbq. Corporate lunches, non-profit fundraisers, and social events. You name it!
