Every session I trained, I not only increased in confidence with what I can physically do, but I was taught something new and interesting that I knew would serve me for the rest of my life.
Not only coached, encouraged, cared for and strengthened, I was educated, inspired and had a lot of fun.
I’ve worked with a variety trainers out there, and a lot of good trainers, but this has been such a rare and valuable experience in my fitness journey.
Whether a first-timer or a seasoned veteran, whether frail and sickly or at the top of your game, I believe you will appreciate and be glad you gave Human Anatomy In Symmetry a try.

He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. Uses many different methods to help you achieve your goals. And changes it up to strengthen all areas. Challenges you without overdoing it. Motivates and encourages.
