Mr Thompson arrived at my home on time and we went over my sprinkler concerns. He and his assistant went to work right away after explaining to me what needed to be done. He was very thorough and set up my control box to set the time, day and length each station should run to water and reduce my water bill. He and his assistant were very professional and friendly and I definitely plan to use his company for all my sprinkler concerns, come winter and spring.

Orlando came out to turn off our sprinklers and winterize our system. My wife, who was home at the time, said he was friendly and professional. He also provided her prices for turning them back on next spring. We will hire him again.

Orlando came right out to my house and helped me get my system ready for summer and fixed a few broken heads! He actually took me around the entire house and educated me on my type of sprinkler heads and how to adjust them. This was a vary good experience and I will be using him again for my future waterfall feature project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up analyze, I see what needs to be done per job. Then go grab the parts if we have it install/if we don't have it we go get it. I always approach each job and treated as its own accordingly.

Been Landscaping for 20 + years/Construction.I have 1000s of hours on the feild.High school grad with tech and hands on experience.
