Tessa has worked with me for quite some time. I credit her with helping me on several fronts. She has helped with chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, hips, and lower back. Her advice on nutrition and work out regimen has increased my overall well being and , specifically, my heart health. Her obvious interest in proper technique and discipline stand out and get very solid and lasting results. I value her advice as it is evident that it is based on knowledge and experience and caring.

About

Frankly I would say the main way that Im different in my approach to tennis instruction is that I focus on the student's inherent abilities and attitudes and build them up first. That way they can have success as they round out their games. Of course if there are glaring weaknesses (like they cant hit an overhead serve) then there are fundamental necessities that would have to be addresses right off the bat.

I have sooo many things to say about Revibe Pilates and Bodywork! I will just state a few. Since the day I started Pilates my whole body on the inside is changing weekly. I have strength I have never had and the teachers are so good and attentive to the students. It is like having private lessons, because they help everyone to do the routine the right way and not the quick way. The people that go there are also awesome. It is a small studio with a big future, in my opinion! I have done pilates at other places, and I am happy to say I have found the studio I want to continue my body strengthing journey! Now, about the body work..I have only been to Kenny, so I cannot speak for the other body work person. I have had eye opening, soul opening experience with his cranial sacral work. Wow, is a good way to describe the experience for me. I also, plan to do more of this work with him. Kenny massage is very relaxing as well ,and he disscusses what you need thourghly before he gets started. I have fibromyalgia and he does not hurt me at all, only relaxation. I would reccomend this studio to anyone and I actually do! P.S. They also run some really great specials to help their students be able to afford the whole package they have to offer! I've had 4 lessons with Aaron , who's now teaching at Great Moves Physical Therapy, Golf Performance Center. First, He's a great professional. He would start my lesson absolutely on time. He's funny, nice and easy going, but most importantly, he completely changed my swing in 3 days! By using all the AWESOME equipment, he was able to detect what's wrong with my swing very fast. He then corrected it, with utmost attention to detail. I'm another golfer! Was amazed by how much my swing's mechanic changed and how much better it's looking right know. I had a great experience at Great Moves Physical Therapy (Golf Performance Center). What's most important is that he really cares about his students. I Highly recommend Aaron! Awesome Instructor!

I do all levels of yoga, including restorative yoga. I have 230 hours of yoga certification from Asheville Yoga Center in NC. I have a degree in dance from the University of Memphis, so I understand yoga for physical therapy. After meeting with the student, I will develop sequences of asanas specifically for that student's needs at the time.
