- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them to determine their goals, physical limitations and preferences. From there, I create a curriculum that focuses on stretching, relaxation, balance and eventually flexibility - all of which improve quality of life and health as we age.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been practicing yoga since 2004 and have seen how beneficial it is as we age. My practice is called "New 30 Yoga," because people refer to age 50 as "the new 30!" I want to promote physical and mental health and wellness through a balanced practice that respects each individual's preferences and limitations. "Yoga is not a competition, it is an expansion of our own bodies' limitations"
