Luis and his team did an excellent job removing and replacing our popcorn ceiling throughout our house. The popcorn texture was previously painted with an eggshell finish, so it required extra effort to remove and prep before final texturing and painting. Our only issue was that the completion of the work took several days longer than originally scheduled, but that was mostly due to the extra work required for prep after removal of the popcorn texture. Overall we are very happy with the end product. Luis and Ivan take great pride in the quality of their work and it shows. Their pricing is also very reasonable. We would highly recommend them!

We are so happy we went with LFR Construction Inc to finish our garage! They did a great job installing, texturing, and painting the drywall, and made it match whatever existing panels there were so well that everything looks complete and seamless. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for drywall work, and hope to use them again for future projects!

Luis did an excellent job installing / finishing new drywall in our bedroom after we reframed a wall to add 2 new windows. We also had him patch some drywall in other parts of our home and skimmed + retextured a basement bathroom that had horrible texture. His work is excellent and the patches blend beautifully! He did a wonderful job protecting our flooring with rosin paper and using plastic to protect the windows and adjacent walls from the drywall mess. He set clear expectations for his work for the day of and always called me when he was heading to my house with an eta. 10/10 work and I’ve already rebooked him for future work.

I had the popcorn ceilings removed which is a very messy/dusty job. And there is a difficult spot with vaulted ceilings over stairs. LFR covered my wood floors and draped the walls with plastic to cover things, at the end of the days swept & vacuumed up as much as possible. The smooth ceilings look so good, highly recommend.
