- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Provide Estimates based on each clients specific needs for a wide variety of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will provide and address and availability for a member of our team to come out and provide a free estimate. The estimation process is simple and takes about 30 mins to 1 hour to walk the property and talk about the details of the work to be estimated. The estimate will be sent to the client shortly after the onsite visit by a member of our team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We often describe or talk about the process for installation or processes we use to complete the landscaping project. Any questions are welcomed to ensure you have a good understanding of the work that will be done.
