Kay was absolutely exceptional as was her work. I found her last minute via Thumbtack to decorate our venue for my son’s wedding welcome party. She was immediately responsive and quickly began texting with me, providing pictures and options, and tailoring a solution that worked for our event. Within about an hour of texting, we arrived at an agreed upon look and Kay confirmed via a brief contract. Payment was made easy and Kay confirmed her arrival time. Kay and her team arrived on time (actually early) and began the gorgeous installation. She was eager to ensure we were happy and provided more than we even asked for. The event space would not have been nearly as festive without the gorgeous balloon creations. Kay and her team installed professionally, helped us set up a few other things, and ensured we were pleased before letting us get to the celebration. I would absolutely use Kay again. Professional, responsive, on time, GORGEOUS WORK. Thanks so much Kay.
