Overall, the tub looks good and I am glad we had it done. There was an area where the paint wasn’t as heavy on the shower wall and left a rougher look. This area reflects light and stands out from some angles when sitting on the stool. Also, I believe the tech could have covered our counter and other areas better. What he used left a rough residue on areas on the countertop and one side of the toilet. The countertop had a area where the shiny finish became dull. The tech was careful when moving equipment in and out of the house.

They need to pay attention first to the people that have paid them. My tub refinish was paid in full the day completed. ($795) But the new finish was pitted and I sent pictures that day. One month later they are scheduled to return. They put the rework at the back of the schedule like just the next project.
