We had to cut the wall open and found a nightmare behind the wall. Mike was very professional, explained exactly what needed to be done and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Everything was cleaned up when he was finished and it looked like he was never even there other than a perfect job. I would recommend Mike and am planning on using him again for a couple other issues we need to have taken care of."See more

He was responsive, took care of troubleshooting the main line and then moved onto the toilet and shower in the basement. He was able to clear the lines and get us back up and running efficiently and made a big difference. I had not used him before, but will again."See more

Given the good experience, I subsequently called them to address a leak in a different bathroom. I must say that I am very pleased with the work. I primarily dealt with Olexander: no non-sense, reliable, communicates well and when necessary, efficient and hard working. The team he brought along showed similar qualities. I don't feel like I ever had a story here, a story there, etc. This is what a plumbing contractor should be: effective, reliable, communicative, fair priced, honest, and solid work.
