Caleb got right to work assembling and installing the shower door, while Jason began troubleshooting the loose bathtub faucet. After thoroughly discussing with me the issue and, of explaining potential solutions, we agreed on a plan of action to repair the faucet. His method was efficient, noninvasive, and cost effective. After literally whistling while they worked, both jobs were done well and effectively in less time than I had anticipated. On top of that, the price was very fair. Stacey U. says, "Alex Delore was the plumber who was sent to us by Mountain Standard Plumbing and he was a very professional, upright outstanding guy who really knows how plumbing parts work. He came in and diagnosed the problem we were having with leaking from our upstairs walk-in bathtub into the downstairs bathroom ceiling. It didn't take Alex long to figure out what the problem was...it was our faucet from the walk-in bathtub installed in about 2014. The company that installed it, Premier Care in Bathing, went out of business sometime around 2016, so finding a faucet for replacement for the old one was next to impossible. I searched everywhere on the Internet until I finally found one and Alex contacted them to verify it would be the right replacement. After purchasing the faucet, Alex was able to complete the job within the time frame he quoted us! Now we have a working faucet with no leaks in the downstairs bathroom ceiling! He also had to remove a piece of drywall behind the mirror and was able to replace it with a trap door, with the next plumber in mind...which, of course will be Alex! I recommend Alex and Mountain Standard Plumbing for your plumbing problems, needs, and repairs!"See more
