Caleb got right to work assembling and installing the shower door, while Jason began troubleshooting the loose bathtub faucet. After thoroughly discussing with me the issue and, of explaining potential solutions, we agreed on a plan of action to repair the faucet. His method was efficient, noninvasive, and cost effective. After literally whistling while they worked, both jobs were done well and effectively in less time than I had anticipated. On top of that, the price was very fair. The technician, Muris, was knowledgeable, personable, and voluntarily went out of his way to help put a new puppy in the home at ease with a stranger being in the home. Unfortunately, Tuscan did not provide the type of work I was looking to do (bathtub resurface) but he was able to provide a few local options. I can’t comment on the quality of their work since I am going a different direction, however, it was a positive experience from a customer service perspective and I would reach out to them again for consideration of future projects."See more

Renter and property manager did not follow through with the tasks they were responsible for but ICS made everything come together in spite of it. Room looks great! They noticed a couple of loose faucets in the unit and fixed those as well saving us from potentially larger problems down the road. They really went above and beyond and we will be using them for future projects."See more

I primarily dealt with Olexander: no non-sense, reliable, communicates well and when necessary, efficient and hard working. The team he brought along showed similar qualities.
