Retired from 30+ years teaching, training, and implementing with others Quality philosophies and techniques, I'm pleased to commend excellent examples of Quality service! I rate Quality in three major areas: Effectiveness (job done right); Efficiency (done with a minimum of excess work, do-overs, etc.); and "Empathy" (concern for the customer and their needs). Sean gets highest marks in all three categories. In particular, we had a really weird last-minute problem unrelated to the repair but affecting its performance, and Sean saved the day quickly and with aplomb. While we were "freaking out," he remained calm, positive, and carried out a work-around. This kind of customer service creates the "Exceptional Quality" that makes people want to stay with Miracle Method and pass the word on to others!

When we bought our house the tub had already been refinished. Slowly it cracked, peeled and chipped away. We went with another company that was cheaper, $500 or so, and it was not done well at all. Had to have him back twice to fix bubbles and chips. After 6 months the tub peeled and chipped away.We got a quote from Miracle Method and thought we would spend more money to hopefully get it right before having to drop thousands to replace the tub. Everyone was friendly, easy to work with and professional. The man who came out to install explained everything to me and was very thorough. Months later and it still looks great.If you need to refinish a tub, this is the company to do it with(

Called gave them my info and what i needed done. She quoted me the pricing for a 36 X 36 corner shower, to repair the pan, reinforce it, refinish the basin and walls and she quoted $1,250 and we agreed it wouldn't go over $1,400.00. Based on that I scheduled an appt with the designer to show my wife the finishes to select and get them started. Then the designer flips the computer pad around and the price had gone to $2,100.00. Of course we went round and round i had not added anything extra and the designer acted like i had everything wrong. I wouldn't even have known what something like this costs of course I got the numbers from them. they were not willing to even follow up with the person I had talked to and then it dawned on me it was a bait and switch all the way. even the designers demeaner had changed when I told him I had pricing from his office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION.Per your response, You were the first company i called. I didn't know if the repair i needed could even be done. You walked me through your process and in fact what I needed done, you could do. The $1,400 not exceed number came from you, as never having done this before I would have no idea what the amount would be. The person you told me would come out was here to show us the colors and textures and such. At no time was it indicated he would be giving me an estimate. Just as a side note I have since gathered 3 estimates to do what you Quoted for $2,100 and the bids are $900, $1,200 and $1,300. I also appreciate the fact that of course in your reply, it was me who must be wrong and confused. LET THE BUYER BEWARE.
