We sat and discussed my goals. He listened and come up some suggestions as well. Each training session made me work hard. Each training session focused on different muscle groups. At the time I was 64 years old and I think i surprised Angelo with my agility and stamina. I was 100% pleased with my training sessions. I felt as if I was his only client. My body got stronger.
