- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we know the amount of people, the entrees and sides along with the event date, we can finalize pricing with precision. Within our website, there are also many photos of our food and serving styles and capabilities. If a budget is clearly identified and a cuisine style is picked, we can also make menu recommendations for a client's review. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very quick and steamlined with answers to these basic questions: *Date of Event *How many guests will attend? *Budget *Location *Drop-off or Serving *Identification of any Dietary Restrictions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Caribbean Queen Catering has an active Catering License issued in Denver, Colorado. Our Executive Chef also has a Food Handler's Certificate of Completion. Chef Evelyn was trained in both the West Indies and in Miami as a multi-Cuisine Chef and has received awards for food excellence and food presentation.
