Super experience and my fireplace is back online and working great! Nathan took time to tell me how the fireplace works and all about his process. He found a blockage in the vent from a loose seal (not the barking kind;) which a previous company was happy to charge me $175 to tell me about it but did not bother to discover the cause... goodness. So, I highly recommend American Home Inspections and Nathan in particular. He was friendly, punctual, informative and effective- thanks soooo much- especially before this crazy cold spell of negative numbers.

Nathan did a great job with our home inspection. He was able to do the inspection on short notice, was very thorough, honest, and really seemed to care. Buying a home is a very important decision and I felt much more confident about buying the home after Nathan's inspection. I Would definitely recommend Nathan if you want a thorough, honest, and professional home inspection.

Nathan was fantastic! He was quick to respond and timely to arrive. The mystery of what was wrong with the fireplace has yet to be solved…but it’s working now! Nathan came and attempted the first time to fix the issue and it didn’t work for very long. He was quick to schedule a time to come back and look at it again and try a few other things. I appreciated that his company also institutes a warranty that covers the work forever. He also was amazing with giving advice on fire & carbon monoxide detectors etc. When someone stands behind their work I think that is the best guarantee you can get. I will use Nathan for all of my home inspection and other needs whenever possible!
