Charlie has provided a number of computer related services to me. When my external network drive was not connecting with my computer Charlie quickly and successfully diagnosed the problem and made the connection work. More recently he did all the work necessary for my using a google on a demonstration project for a non-profit we are involved with. He also transferred our company's website from mac platform that was being discontinued to a new site. He does great work and worked with me so that I understood exactly how to work with what he had set up. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of computer consulting.

Charlie has maintained my computers since the first one I bought many years ago. He has handled all aspects of the task, including advising on which to purchase to meet my needs, setting it up and installing all programs, and teaching me how to apply them to the work I do. He is an intelligent and creative problem solver, patient with my ineptness, honest, reliable and anxious to be please.

When Charlie was living in Lexington, he was an invaluable tech person to help me with ANY computer problems. He really knows his job and is adept at solving any problems. He can be counted on to give you excellent service. I heartily recommend him.
In addition to his computer expertise, he was always on time, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I regretted his departure from Lexington.

Charlie helped me to build a PC from component parts and continued to provide very helpful support over the phone when I wanted to update things. Very knowledgeable about components, network setup, hardware/software integration, and I'm sure many other things.
