- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two pricing tiers that we use to try to give customers as accurate a price range as possible. These ranges are A) for recoveries that don't require the drive to be taken apart and have parts replaced/calibrated and B) recoveries that do require invasive recovery methods.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Some of our most common recoveries include external hard drives that have been dropped, USB drives that have been accidentally broken and internal laptop/desktop hard drives that have stopped working due to damage or file system corruption.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they're able to perform both logical and mechanical recoveries. Frequently parts inside the hard drive must be replaced for a successful recovery and multiple attempts can worsen the problem.
