Emilo has been a life saver. Bought a a fixer upper. He has helped me will large a small jobs. From laying flooring , putting in new toilets. Painting fireplace and adding wood mantel. It was a mixed bag. He did some projects well - light fixture installs and the drywall patching wasn't bad. He was limited in his tools and didn't have the right machinery to make circular cuts or plane doors. He had to borrow my skilsaw. Some of the work was a little sloppy - a shelf he fitted together wasn't aligned well. My biggest concern was reliability. He wanted to do 10-12 hour days initially, but showed up late both days and had to leave early both days after 8 hours. I was okay with that, but he was a no show the next time. He said his phone was broken and asked to reschedule today. He didn't show up today so I finally left the site.
