What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is $400 for each system in the house?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and explain the process and if everything is ok with the customer then I’ll ask them for a walkthrough of the house to show me the furnace and ductwork location and vent locations before we start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Canada for a 3 week training class plus I have an air flow specialist certification.
