Oswaldo was very sincere and professional with his work. He showed a lot of patience, spent time to make sure the vents and ducts are cleaned thoroughly. He took pictures before and after cleaning every vent and showed me all. I am completely satisfied with Lowe’s and would use their services in the future also.

Luis called ahead and asked if he could arrive 30 min prior to the 4-6pm window, which was a nice surprise. He offered to wear a mask, took off his shoes, and did a great job cleaning the dryer vents. Very professional and friendly.
