The initial communication for a quote was quick, thorough, and competitively priced. There was very good communication prior to the appointment to confirm, and they arrived on time as scheduled. They were quick to install the new hardware and cleaned up the spaces well. I appreciate the professionalism, timely response, and quality of work—which they warranty. doro m says, "Last year was the first time that I used Nordic Home Services, recommended by a friend, to service my furnace. Dan spent about 90 minutes on it and truly did a fantastic job. Then it was time this year to check my furnace again, and there was a change. Dan came out again, spent two hours cleaning and checking my furnace, and took a video to show me the damage in my furnace that was not there last year. To fix the problem was $1500 but I opted to get a new furnace, since mine was 24 years old.A few days later, the furnace was installed and Dan took a lot of time to explain the new thermostat, which I can now control with an app from my phone, and the new furnace. Then he came back the next day, to fix something on my humidifier, which took another hour. Dan is a very hard worker, takes pride in his work, is knowledgeable, professional, personable and funny. I have free service for my furnace now and a company , who I trust does a wonderful job and reliable work. Thanks to Dan.(photos: first is the old furnace, then the new one)."See more
