- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session would be held in the gym complete with a biomechanical analysis, fitness assessment (range of motion, flexibility, strength, etc.), prior/current injury review, as well as general questions about lifestyle, etc. to get to know one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree, ACE, CSCS, Spin Instructor, Strength & Conditioning Coach for CU Rugby, USSA Level 100 Alpine Racing Coach
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Boulder Athletic Training to help Boulder & Colorado's finest athletes and citizens become healthier, happier and more athletic. Born and raised in Colorado Springs I found a love for all things athletic. I went on to compete for the University of Colorado Rugby team and played for five years. I chose to specialize in sports specific training as I'm an avid skier, cyclist and trail runner.
