- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Abacus Heating and Air is an hourly company. We don’t believe in piece rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I answer their questions, and explain to them the pricing involved in the repair service. Making sure that everything is clear before continuing forward and their needs are met. Resulting in a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed Vocational School, revived 5 NATE certifications, carry an EPA universal license, a master mechanical F29, and 6 years of commercial/residential experience.
