- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer standard pricing. I can usually do repairs and new doors for about 40 percent less than big companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually show up and perform a safety inspection. I will inform the customer of any issues with a complete estimate. If approved I usually do the repairs on the spot. If I have to get parts, I usually come back the same or next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience and have been to numerous training camps.
