While we didn't end up hiring MGM for my project, they reached out the same day the project was posted and were ready to take on the job the following day. They we very professional and talked with me through some troubleshooting steps and were knowledgeable about the system and likely cause of the problem.

The reason we didn't end up hiring was because we got a quote from another company for a lower price. Other than pricing, I have no complaints about MGM and would consider them for future jobs for comparison.
