We had our home remodeled by Armando, and we couldn’t be happier. He takes real pride in his work and pays attention to every detail, even things outside his scope. Our house is older, and he helped us spot issues and offered great solutions. His pricing was very fair—no nickel-and-diming—and he was patient while we took time to pick the right finishes and designs. Everyone who visits our home loves the remodel! Armando truly cares about doing things right and it shows in the quality of his work. Highly recommend!

Details: Full remodel of existing kitchen • Yes, plumbing will need to be relocated • Yes, electrical will need to be relocated • No existing plans - need design suggestions • Residential

100/10 and 10 stars if I could give them! I know I’m not the only homeowner who *dreads* finding a contractor when the time comes for a little home improvement project. In this case, there was the most dreadful (and pointless) wall between our kitchen and dining area that we wanted taken down. These guys exceeded our expectations.

Prior to hiring them, Armando was very prompt and thorough in his responses to me, and he was equally prompt and thorough on his visit to our house to meet with us and gauge the project. Additionally, he was also incredibly knowledgeable and just immediately made us feel comfortable talking to him; he understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to answer every single question we threw at him.

Fast forward to wall-removal day, he and his worker for the day (Larry) arrived on time, were extremely friendly, and the work they did was professional and honestly quite remarkable. In one day they not only removed the ugly wall, but they also removed a surprise Edison box and its associated piping/wiring found hidden in the wall. It was just incredible the way they addressed and adapted to the hiccup in the project. This is exactly the kind of experience and knowledge you want/need/appreciate in a contractor.

BOTTOM LINE: you never, never know what you’re going to get when it comes to contractors, and hiring one is always an anxiety-riddled risk. These guys are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reliable. They are a breath of fresh air in this industry and I cannot recommend them enough.

(Note: “after” photos of the removed wall show unfinished ceiling, flooring, and plastering. We are doing a full kitchen renovation at the beginning of the year so chose to keep those areas unfinished.)

Details: Change the form or function of a portion of a room or structure • Kitchen • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • As soon as possible

We hired Armando to finish our 500 sq/ft basement and couldn’t be more pleased with our decision and the results. Armando is wonderful to work with and it’s clear he cares about the quality of his work. We felt completely comfortable communicating our vision to him and he executed it professionally and quickly. He was fair with pricing and communicative throughout the project. We plan to hire him again for our kitchen renovation and highly value his skill and kindness. 10/10.

Details: Residential • Less than 500 sq. ft. • No, I will not be modifying or adding living space to my basement • Yes, my basement finishing or remodeling project will require electrical or plumbing work • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want

Armando is the best- full stop. He has been excellent to work with in remodeling our kids bathrooms. He was prompt in responding when I first reached out and provided a thorough and fair quote.
During the project he was extremely thoughtful and careful with our house, a great communicator and did an incredible job on the remodel. He did a full demo and redid the floors, bath and shower, and installed new plumbing, fixtures and cabinets.
Things I especially appreciate about him:
- stayed on the timeline! The only delay we had was due to certain items we ordered arriving late, but his work was all on time. He finished the full project quickly and didn’t cut corners
- detailed expertise in various aspects of the remodel. He gave us great advice and input on decisions we needed to make and I never felt that he was pushing us to spend more and he never overcharged us
- beautiful work for the finished product. The quality shows and he has a keen eye for detail.

Long story short - I would and plan on hiring him again for future projects! Armando is the best - see before and after for pictures of his work! (After is the dark green tile)

Details: Install bathroom tiles or flooring • Install bathroom cabinets or fixtures • Update style • Replace fixtures • Family bath (shared by everyone) • Home
