I was pleased to work with K&B to install and laundry room, bathroom, and new windows in my basement. They were responsive and gave a competitive bid and started the project quickly. The project did stall out a bit and I needed to encourage them to finish, but there were also some adjustments. Perhaps the biggest drawback was that they went about 15% over budget compared to the original bid. Overall, they were good to work with and did quality work at a fair price.
