Larry and his crew provided high quality work on completing two time-sensitive projects for my property. They installed washer/dryer hookups needed for a small closet space. And despite some challenges, they also successfully installed some customized electrical wiring in order to install a ceiling fan. I definitely recommend Loco Designs for those in need of diverse contractor services in the Denver area.

We had them come out to install a frame box in our vaulted ceiling so we could mount a light, and the work was done extremely well. High-quality craftsmanship, fast and efficient work, and everything was left very clean. They were punctual, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Overall, a great job and I would absolutely recommend them.

Larry and his tight knit team did an outstanding job on my windows, doors, and siding. Fundamentally understood my needs, made professional suggestions, & was quick to make last minute adjustments… no need for endless emails. Forget those door to door window/siding companies if you have a big project, hire a general contractor like Larry!
