For some years, I was facing numerous problems of a worn out and damaged basement. After thinking for some time, I called the Schwalb Builders, though I was worried about the services in the beginning, they astonished me with their unique ideas. Thank you for resolving all my problems.

Tackling our basement was a big project and working with Sean and Schwalb builders made it exciting and stress free. Project was completed within the deadline laid out in the contract and the price given up front was the price paid when completed. All associates were professional, courteous and mindful of the job at hand. Selecting Schwalb builders on your next home renovation will give you peace of mind knowing that you're selecting a company with a history of satisfaction and quality work.

Hired Johnny from Schwalb Builders to renovate a partially finished attic into a workable art studio space. The finished attic looked fantastic with bright lights, new dry wall, and paint. Definitely happy with the results! Due to my budget, I couldn't put in flooring (I just have the sub-floor), but will likely hire them again to put that in as well!
