- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?- We are able to price out projects with or without allowances of fixtures, and materials, all subsequent material is always included in our pricing. - We have competitive pricing but are top of the line quality. - We prefer to do projects $20,000+
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Firstly, we set them up with a Construction Consultant to conduct a free appointment to gather information so our office can provide them with a free estimate. 2. After, the customer receives their free estimate from their assigned consultant it is an open dialogue to get the estimate where it needs to be for the customer to feel comfortable moving forward. 3. Once the customer decides to go with us, we schedule an Agreement Contract signing; the down payment is collected at the signing. The next meeting is the "hand off" meeting where the consultant, project manager, and customer meet at the job site to review the scope and schedule a start date. 4. From there the Project Manager will be the customer's main point of contact throughout the project. Your construction consultant will check in with you during the project to see how everything is going, or if you have any feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our founder and staff that deal with the construction and estimating all have degrees in engineering and building. Our office staff is highly trained and have a professional background in administration and customer service, giving our client's a seamless experience from beginning to end.
