Hello.. I've been involved with construction for close to 35 yrs ...worked for a couple different construction companies and have been self-employed in the remodeling field for most the time...the majority of my work is done by word of mouth. Most of the work has been done in Colorado... built 2 homes from the ground up in Minnesota... I found Curt's work to be excellent. He demonstrated an impressive range of accomplished skills.
He installed LVP flooring, baseboards, exterior doors, a security door, a new exterior wall with window where a garage door had been, kitchen and laundry cabinets, canned lighting in the kitchen, ceiling fans with lights, three-way light switch, a new interior wall with door dividing a room into a laundry room and a general purpose room that was previously a garage, electrical outlets for the new room, blinds, garbage disposal, a new soffit across the front of the house, bricked in the gap in the west exterior wall where duct work had connected to an evaporative cooler now removed, and filled in unneeded doorways both interior and exterior, among other things.
He made helpful suggestions and worked out solutions when problems cropped up. Always punctual and professional. On top of that, all at a strikingly competive cost.
Overall, just a remarkably outstanding experience. I highly recommend him.
