Shawn and Jessica did an excellent job and I would hire them again. One thing that’s probably my fault for not asking enough questions up front—quote was $120/hr for what was projected to be 2 hr job max. Job took 3 hours and I also had to pay trip charge and caulking and drill bit fees which wasn’t explained in the beginning. This doubled the original estimate. Otherwise these folks were very nice, courteous and professional!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is usually a little higher but for good reason. Shawn and I work well together and we take less time than other contractors for jobs! The hourly may be a little higher, but the amount of hours for the job will be absolutely less!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Trade contact information as well as setting up an estimate appointment for the most accurate pricing!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both graduated High School. Shawn also has OSHA 10 as well as lift and operator certifications.
