Seth did a skim coat on our textured wall so that we could apply wallpaper. He did a great job and was very professional and punctual. The job was very easy to schedule with TLHM and we would definitely consider working with them again.
I originally contacted them to get a bid for fireplace removal and replacement with a pantry. They helped me discover that I had HVAC return ducts running through the space that could not be moved easily. While I did not use them for the remodel as expected, I would absolutely use them in the future. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.

Josh, Seth & Dan did great work on our bathroom remodel down to the studs and back, including a collection of ADA accommodations - roll in shower, commode room space for a wheelchair, special width doorways and molding, grabbers everywhere. They worked with our plans and provided constructive alternatives when they saw potential hiccups. We absolutely intend to hire them for future projects.

Josh and Dan and Seth, which is a family business, looked at our bathroom that we wanted a total redo. Floor, shower unit, tile, toilet, sink and vanity. He gave a guote, which was very reasonable. It was left up to us to choose the floor tile and color and tile for the shower. We also picked out the toilet and shower set up, which was not part of the quote, so we knew what we were paying for. They did provide the behind-the-scenes material, boarding, spackle, etc. We set a date and no payment was due until the end of the first day, which was half and the final when all the work was completed. It took an extra day to complete, as always there is something that comes along on the project that was unforeseeable. The guys were able to tackle a drainage problem, and all was good. Dan and Seth completed the job after 5 days. They were all very professional and the work was extremely good.

We do our best to fully understand the projects our customers are wanting completed and assign the team we feel is best suited for the job. We feel you can never have enough information regarding the project to make sure it gets completed to the customers satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience and ongoing training related to residential repairs, remodeling, and general home maintenance. Our background includes practical field experience in carpentry, plumbing fixture installation, drywall repair, painting, light electrical work, and general construction.
In addition to on-the-job training, we continually educate ourselves on current building practices, safety standards, and manufacturer installation guidelines to ensure quality workmanship. We also stay up to date on local building codes and best practices to ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
