We are remodeling our custom home of 14 yrs and needed the floor refinished we installed 5 years ago to match our new color scheme. Michael did an excellent job! Floors look better than new and we enjoyed working with this company.

Michael did an awesome job for us at a very reasonable price. He refinished our living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms (total 650 SF) in 4 days. We didn't know exactly which color we wanted so he offered to put 3 different colors down and let us come look at them after work. We still couldn't decide so he added one more color for us and was very patient while we decided. Very neat worker and we have beautiful floors now. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. We've had a lot of contractors in and out of our house in the past month and he was one of the best to work with. Thanks Michael!

We strongly recommend you choose Michael and Colorado Uptown Flooring! Our kitchen remodel contractor subcontracted out our flooring project. We needed to install hardwood in a small area. It was horrendous. This guy had no experience with hardwood and it showed. We tried living with it, since we already paid our contractor for it, but couldn't. We called CUF and Michael came out that same day to give me a quote. After meeting him, we decided we wanted him to refinish almost our entire main floor. In the whole kitchen project, our work with Michael was the most rewarding and what we are most satisfied with. We are more than happy having paid for the project twice because Michael was not only able to fix it, but he made it better than before. We only wish we would have done our homework and hired him instead of a general kitchen contractor. He is a true professional and he knows hardwood and flooring. He is a perfectionist and truly goes above and beyond to keep his work up to his high standards. On top of all that, he is very personable, friendly and a person you feel good about inviting into your home.
TL;DR: Go with Colorado Uptown Flooring. Michael is the professional who will get the job done right the first time.

We had existing finished hardwood flooring as well as new unfinished hardwood. Existing flooring needed to be sanded and all flooring stained and re-finished.
I originally had Michael provide a quote to perform the work. Another contractor had agreed to do various home improvement projects, however, their work ethic and performance was very unsatisfactory. Later called Michael to see if he would still be interested in performing the work and he was.
We arranged a schedule; he was very accommodating!! I am so pleased that we ended up using Colorado Uptown Flooring - the floor looks absolutely beautiful, and Michael was very professional and ethical (not so with the other contractor)!! I will definately be calling Colorado Uptown Flooring when it's time to have the floors touched up - can't say great things about their knowledge and service. If you use Colorado Uptown Flooring you won't be sorry!!
