Introduction: Jeff is the founder of Centered Living, an alternative holistic healing center that is founded in Taoist philosophy, clairvoyant development, and classical 5 Element Medical Qigong. Jeff teaches Taoist Qigong meditation, inner alchemy practices, and psychic tools that are incredibly healing, transformative, and empowering. Jeff also provides regular to periodic Medical Qigong treatment, psychic/spiritual healings, and Homeopathic remedy recommendations to his clients. The goal of Qigong practice is ultimately in clearing away and transforming all that is not you. The more you transform and clear, the more of your spiritual light, truth, and potency you can embody and express. The more of “You” you embody, the greater the realization that you are already whole, abundant, and full of health, and vitality. It then becomes a matter of stepping out of the way metaphorically, so this spiritual truth can re-inform your physical and emotional body, transforming them back to their original state of health. Schedule an Appointment Today! I find it incredibly fulfilling to help my clients activate their own healing energy and to also support them through their own journey of healing, self realization, and empowerment.

Jeff is a wonderfully thoughtful and compassionate teacher. He has treated and mentored me for over two years and in that time, his gentle encouragements, practical guidance, and unwavering support helped me through the healing process of physical, psychological, and emotional challenges. His quiet, contemplative approach is extremely grounding, which allows for the time and space for personal growth--with plenty of laughter, honesty, and small setbacks along the way. I highly recommend Jeff's guidance into the world of Qigong--an incredible gift for your overall well being.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was originally drawn to this path of qigong healing for its mystery, its depth into the unknown, as well as its insistence that the practitioner be responsible for their own healing and development. I have always enjoyed these experiences that bring me to the brink of what I imagined I am capable of—every aspect of me being compelled and challenged to become more fully engaged and alert. Of course, as I began this journey into qigong, I did so in much the same way I began everything else in my life at the time—with an unstable, full-charge-ahead, perfectionist approach, with no concept of how to relax and how to take a step back to enjoy the scenery. In fact, I actually thought I was relaxed. But, it wasn't long into my practice before I began to truly see myself for the first time; feeling levels of peace and joy that I had never known could even exist.
