- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Vacant home staging starts at $1,900 for the first month, with pricing based on the size of the home and the number and scope of rooms being staged. Owner-occupied staging is customized based on the number of rooms and what each home needs. Staging can be extended month-to-month at 40% of the original staging price. Every project is quoted individually based on the home and scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing photos or a video of the home to understand the space and determine what would help it show its best. From there, we provide a customized quote and staging recommendations. Once approved, we coordinate the staging date and provide any necessary preparation instructions. On staging day, we bring in and style the furniture, artwork, accessories, and finishing touches. For owner-occupied homes, we also provide a pre-staging edit outlining what to remove, rearrange, and keep.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in home staging and interior design, with a strong focus on space planning, styling, furniture selection, and creating cohesive, market-ready interiors. I have several years of experience working with homes and developing a strong eye for design, proportion, and presentation.
