Martha did a good job cleaning my rental home, but her communication is very poor. She was supposed to come clean my house last Tuesday, I texted her at 8 am realizing I had a funeral to go to, to see if she wanted to reschedule, she took over an hour to response and then stated that she was 5 mins away from my home I didn’t see the message and responded when I did which was only 15 mins later stating that she could still come since she was already near by my house, no response. She said she would come this Monday, so I texted her Friday confirming if she was coming. I heard nothing from her which happened in the past so I decided to text her again Sunday no response, I called her she answers but I don’t speak Spanish so I tried telling her to text me back. Still no response. If she didn’t want me to use her services she could just let me know. I thought that was extremely inconsiderate of her.
