- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We schedule free estimates so our experience team can evaluate your home and base the price off your needs. We offer new customer discounts and usually have different discounts running throughout the year. Our prices are outlined in a detailed proposal and we never have hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a call. Whether you call us or you request we call you, this is always the first step. During the initial call we will answer any questions you may have about our company, our process and painting needs. Then we will pick a day & time suited for you to meet with you to go over your project in person completely free of cost. This helps eliminate hidden costs and gives us the opportunity to clearly understand your needs. Then our professional will take a few moments to review the details of your job and put together your personalized proposal. He then will submit the proposal to you at which point you can go over any questions or concerns. Once the proposal is agreed upon and signed we will schedule a start date and secure deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have spent our lives in the painting industry. In addition our company has been in service for a decade.
