Sergio is a skilled, experienced, hard working painter and carpenter who knows what he is doing. In addition to a whole house interior paint project, also did a great job installing interior doors/hardware and repairing moulding and drywall around doors and holes in walls. They also did a great job in cleaning up.
Work quality is among the best we've seen working with numerous service providers in managing work on rental properties.
He is courteous and easy to work with, and is accommodating while offering suggestions where needed. Communication was great, with questions answered patiently and updates at all stages of the job.
Hard to imagine higher quality work at such a reasonable cost. Will not hesitate to hire again.
