FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the least expensive coach, but I will get you results that last a lifetime! The purpose of my programs is for you to invest in yourself, and then have the tools and habits that transform your life forever!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I dive in depth into what the client’s goals are. Then see if we are a good fit to work together. If it’s a good fit on both sides, I will recommend the best program to accomplish their goals and we get started! I always take into account prior injuries, nutritional restrictions, and any other medical concerns. Safety is my #1 goal, followed by fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played D1 football at West Virginia University and then transferred to a D2 school named California University of Pennsylvania (and was inducted into their hall of fame this past summer). I was blessed to be able to tryout for my home time Pittsburgh Steelers before injuring cut my career short. I’ve been a coach for the past 13 years and worked with hundreds of athletes and general fitness clients. I’m certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and I have mindset certifications in Neurolinguistic Programming, Neurolinguistic Programming Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Timeline Therapy.
