I have practice and studied Martial Arts for 20 years as of May this year. C-KS is the best martial art I have ever trained. I will carry the lessons from The instructor and C-KS for all of my days.
YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER COMBAT AND MARTIAL ARTS SYSTEM .!.

Cks is an amazing school full of wonderful people. They teach very practical self-defense applications as well as intangibles such as meditation and work with students in groups and one on one. Any and all are welcome to join regardless of age, gender or disability. I have been going to Cks Movement Masters for over 2 years now and my younger sister has been going for about year. We are both very satisfied with our experience at Cks and would highly recommend them to everyone who is looking to better themselves and have a great time doing it.
